I am never one to write a bad review of a business, but I feel that this review is warranted.

We have never received updates on our bus after service appointments. Had to call every other day and beg to talk to someone to find out what was going on. I often left a voicemail, in which I left my number clearly on every voicemail I left them, but they told our property manager at one point, that "they had the wrong number"

there were several times when I was told that no one was available to speak to me, but they told someone would call me by the end of the day and it never happened.

This is not like a 1 time thing, they had our bus for over 2 weeks and it was over a week after our service appointent before finally someone reached back out to me.

The last time, I had asked, during a rare conversation with an employee, if an oil change on our bus was possible since it was in the shop there for so long, and I was told it was no problem. When we came to pick up the bus days later, they simply told the driver, sorry we werent able to do the oil change.

I just feel that all of this is unacceptable, and we will be looking for service elsewhere.

There are two Mobility Works dealers in the area and I've been a customer of each one since 2023--hands-down this Bedford Heights location is the one to choose. Great service department and best for sales: great selection, impressive showroom with 3 van brands: Toyota, Honda and Chrysler with all ramp styles. Broad selection of scooters, driver assists and more.

Customer service was incredible. They explained all of the different options available to us and, once we made our decision, they quickly got the vehicle we needed for our daughter.

Wheelchair Van Repair & Maintenance

MobilityWorks recommends that a pre-scheduled, mobility maintenance inspection be completed once every six months by our NMEDA Certified Technicians. Most appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please call us toll free at (877) 275-4912 to schedule your next servce appointment.
If you have a service issue outside of our business hours, we also have a Customer 24-Hour Help Line.
