Our ProtectionWorks emergency roadside assistance includes wheelchair passenger transportation, lift and ramp emergency repair, wheelchair and scooter assistance, towing, battery service, flat tire assistance, lost key or lock out assistance, out of fuel assistance, $150 tire hazard benefit, $250 auto deductible reimbursement.

ProtectionWorks Coverage includes:
Wheelchair Passenger Transport: When necessary, passenger transportation benefits are provided to occupants of a disabled vehicle up to a distance of 25 miles at no charge.
Wheelchair Lift and Ramp Service: Lift service is administered if the lift or ramp on your vehicle becomes stuck. We will dispatch and coordinate technical assistance to your location. We also can arrange for a phone consultation with a qualified lift repair technician.
Wheelchair or Scooter Assistance: Service is available if you are away from home and your mobility device stops working. We will coordinate and dispatch a qualified technician to assist with a solution. Parts and labor are the responsibility of the member.
Towing Assistance (up to 100 miles): When a vehicle is disabled as a result of a covered breakdown, we arrange to have it towed to the closest authorized service center. Additional charges apply only for miles beyond the initial 100.
Flat Tire Assistance: If the vehicle has an inflated spare tire, it will be installed to replace the flat. If the vehicle has two or more flat tires, or it does not have an inflated spare, the vehicle will be towed in accordance with the towing benefit.
Out of Fuel: If the vehicle runs out of fuel, we will provide for the delivery of up to three gallons of fuel to the disablement site. Specific brands or octane ratings cannot be promised. The cost of the fuel is the responsibility of the member.
Battery Service: When a vehicle experiences battery failure, we will provide jump-start service.
Lost Key / Lock-out Assistance: When keys are lost or become locked in the vehicle, authorized service will be sent to gain entry. The cost of making replacement keys or of lock repair is not covered.
Winching / Vehicle Extraction: If a vehicle is stuck in a ditch, mud or snow, but it is accessible from a normally traveled roadway, service will be given to either tow or winch the vehicle. Coverage for winching is limited to a 30-minute service call. Expenses beyond 30 minutes will be billed to the member.
$150 Tire Hazard Benefit: Program benefits are limited to reimbursement for the repair, or if not repairable, the replacement of damaged original equipment tires as well as new tires installed on the vehicle identified on your membership agreement. The program provides reimbursement up to one (1) roadside hazard incident per 12-month period during the program term.
$250 Auto Deductible Reimbursement: If you are involved in an accident or have damages to your car that result in a paid auto claim by your auto insurance provider that exceeds your deductible amount, your deductible is covered up to $250. The Automobile Deductible Reimbursement Benefit will reimburse only the covered policy holder for a maximum of $250 on comprehensive (theft, vandalism, or fire) or collision claims that are paid by your primary auto insurance company that exceeds the deductible amount.
