Now it's 2025, my van is 11 years old, and it's still hanging in there. Today I had to have a seat repaired no fault of the vans , and Jim the new service manager was perfect call back communication, everything just wo

rked out well and thank you jim! They had me bring the carin for ramp periodic maintenance. They didn't fix a sporadic air bg light. I had the Dodge dealer fix it. He said Braun cut into the harness,, but used crimp connectors to reconnect it. Dodge soldered the connections, fixing the problem but charging labor - fair enough. It's problematic getting a refund out of RRideaway. Other than that, they're a car - caveat emptor.

now it; \'s six yeats later. they have a major issue with communications. good luck, all

the ramp has a mind of its own, openning and closing when it feels like it. dealer won't pick it up. this car only gets better.

Set up appointment to check out mobility scooters and we were 10 minutes early but the person who was supposed to be showing us their products wasn't even there. We waited another 15 minutes being told he will be with us shortly. As we walked out the door the showroom rep was walking in with his lunch. Poor first impression of the business. Another thing for a mobility store there is not 1 handicap parking space and inside the showroom there are NO chairs to sit in.

Wheelchair Van Repair & Maintenance

MobilityWorks recommends that a pre-scheduled, mobility maintenance inspection be completed once every six months by our NMEDA Certified Technicians. Most appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please call us toll free at (877) 275-4912 to schedule your next servce appointment.
If you have a service issue outside of our business hours, we also have a Customer 24-Hour Help Line.

Our ProtectionWorks emergency roadside assistance includes wheelchair passenger transportation, lift and ramp emergency repair, wheelchair and scooter assistance, towing, battery service, flat tire assistance, lost key or lock out assistance, out of fuel assistance, $150 tire hazard benefit, $250 auto deductible reimbursement.
