Q)  What’s the first step to sell my van to MobilityWorks?

A)  Visit our sell your vehicle page and fill out the form to be contacted, or give us a call at 877-275-4907. You can also stop by your local MobilityWorks location.

Q) What should I have available when I call?

A)  If possible, the following information about your vehicle is helpful: Year, Make, Model, VIN, Mileage, Conversion Information, Title Information and Photos of the van.

Q)  How long does the process typically take?

A)  Depending on if the van is paid off or not, it can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to finalize the process and receive payment.

Q)  Do I need to bring my van into a MobilityWorks Location?

A)  We request that any vehicle that is a 2015 or older model be inspected.  We have mobile inspectors available if you are unable to conveniently travel to one of our locations.

Q)  How is my van valued?

A)  We utilize current market information and extensive industry knowledge to provide the maximum fair market value. Our experienced team will work with you to determine a mutually agreeable purchase price.

Q) How do I receive payment if I agree to sell my van?

A)  You will receive payment upon the title being transferred to MobilityWorks in either the form of a secure wire transfer or certified check.

Q) How do I get my van to MobilityWorks?

A) If you live within 100 miles we request the van to be dropped off. However, if you are outside of that range, we can schedule for freight or pickup. An additional charge may be applied depending on the distance of the pickup, and that cost will be discussed before any agreement is made.

Q) How long does an inspection of my van take?

A)  Inspections typically range from about 35 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the type of van and conversion. An appointment is required to ensure the best use of your time.

Q)  Are there any mobility vehicles you will not purchase?

A)  We do not purchase vehicles that are model year 2000 or older, as well as vehicles with over 150,000 miles. However, these vehicles would be accepted in on trade if you are purchasing an accessible vehicle from MobilityWorks.
