The vehicle maintenance department are only after the money to rip you off. We took our car for maintenance. They charged us for 1 and half hour of diagnosis. Which was in the mid $200’s. They couldn’t conclude what was the problem but still charged. Not a problem. I paid. The real problem is that they kept calling to get us pay after they said they ordered an unknown vehicle part and soon after I paid, they never called back to inform us that they have gotten the parts or even pick our call. Suddenly, all calls go to cooperate. And mind you, the vehicle in question is for commercial purposes and since the vehicle is not operating due to the fact we have been waiting for the parts, we lost thousands of dollars as vehicle was not operating. After over a week of waiting and trying to reach over the phone, I decided to take this car to a road side mechanic and he diagnosed the vehicle, I ordered the parts, delivered the part and the roadside mechanic fixed it without even charging for diagnosis. We know you all are about money grabbing with zero customer focus attitude. Bet I will never send any of our fleet or recommend anyone.

MobilityWorks in Mesquite is such a wonderful place! My son has severe cerebral palsy and uses a custom mobility van. Very few shops have been able to work with our vehicle, and of those that do, even fewer are patient enough to truly do a good job with it. We are blessed to have found this MobilityWorks location and our awesome service manager, Mr. Adrian Sanchez!

Adrian and his team have helped us with so many things over the years. As my son has grown, his needs with regard to wheelchairs and vehicle equipment compatibility keep changing. Adrian and his technician Paul have been incredible at hunting down the right part numbers to service our vehicle, keeping us updated on all work, and always completing work on or ahead of schedule. We have also hit a couple cases over the years where some creative thinking was required, and Paul came up with wonderful solutions. Thanks to them, my son has been able to continue to rely on his mobility van.

I strongly recommend this shop, and I'm very particular about things in general, and doubly so for anything related to my son's mobility needs.
