What Our Clients are Saying

Excellent

Based on 45 reviews
We had a very important birthday party and church event to attend. Thank God for the van rental. My mother had a beautiful time at her party.
What peace of mind this service provided.
Response from the owner:Hi Janet, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! This is what it is all about! Allowing our clients to "Be There". So glad your mother had a special time and special memories were created. It was our pleasure to be a part of such a special occasion. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Thank you for choosing our business!
I found MobilityWorks online and scheduled an appointment to look at wheelchair-accessible vehicles. When I arrived, I met Bradley, who initially seemed like an honest man with integrity. He was compassionate about my situation and had a van ready for me to view.

Bradley walked me through the features and pointed out what he claimed were the only flaws—two small indents near the driver’s door handle. He cautioned me about automatic car washes possibly scratching the van’s lower sides. We also noticed a few minor issues: a side-door button hanging by its wires, dirty cup holders with what looked like a dried milkshake, loose plastic trim around the seats, etc. He promised the van would be detailed and all defects corrected before it was delivered to my home on Friday.

I agreed to purchase the van. When Bradley arrived with it that Friday, I trusted that everything had been taken care of. I signed the paperwork without inspecting the van again—big mistake. After we went outside, it was obvious: none of the issues had been fixed. The milkshake mess was still there, the button still dangling, and nothing had been cleaned or repaired.

Bradley took the van back to fix everything. The next day, he returned it with a long, deep scratch running from the passenger door to the rear wheel well—paint completely removed down to bare metal in two places. When I pointed it out, he completely denied that the damage had occurred while it was in their possession. He insisted neither he nor anyone at the shop caused it and that he drove it straight from my house to the facility.

I stood firm and demanded it be repaired. A week later, he called and told me they had spoken with the previous owner—who supposedly admitted to causing the scratch and gave them a written statement. He also claimed their intake inspection documented the damage. But since I purchased the van “as is,” they wouldn’t fix it.

Later, Bradley emailed me the intake document—and it only mentioned “scuffs” on both sides. A deep scratch down to the metal is not a scuff. They were clearly trying to cover themselves.

I initially believed I was dealing with someone trustworthy, but it turned into the typical dishonest used car dealer experience. What was promised wasn’t delivered, and once they had my signature, the care and integrity vanished. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend MobilityWorks to anyone.
Response from the owner:We apologize that you didn't have a great experience. Can you please contact our customer service line to see if we can improve and help you further. 1-877-275-4907.
The staff is kind and attentive and they have so many options available to figure out what you need to make your life easier. 10/10 recommend.
