I don't understand the bad reviews I have read about MobilityWorks in Houston. My experience was completely different.I had real problems with my... older van (ramp broken). I brought it in and the team there looked at it. They treated me with the UTMOST respect and compassion. They worked with me on the financial side as I am a disabled veteran living on s fixed income. The repairs were done as promised with professionalism.The entire team was amazing. RJ is the manager and he is disabled so he understands our community. This is my Second Brand New company wheelchair van thru Mobility works. Customer service and the attention that I have gotten from Blake Brown is... just over and beyond expectation. Needed van asap and he went out of his way to deliver it in person within 2 days after getting approved rather than waiting on the company to deliver some other way!!I totally recommend mobility works, specially after working with Blake Brown out of the Houston area.read more

We were warmly welcomed by Mike Owens and Dan Parras at Mobility Works Houston. The paperwork was ready and easily completed. Mike showed us the... mechanics of using the ramp as well as other features. We returned 3 days later for installation of the 6 way transfer seat. After getting home, the unit wouldn’t work without a constant beep. Mike tried to help us over the phone, then made arrangements to come to our home the following day (120 miles)! He and Dan worked on the seat for an hour and remedied the situation with professionalism and kindness.What a terrific team!read more
