We scheduled an appointment with MobilityWorks after completing an online inquiry. I received a call from a representative Ahmed, a confirmation email, and even a follow-up call from a manager Osvaldo confirming the appointment time. My husband left work during his lunch break to be present, which required driving 30 minutes home and then back to work afterward.

Unfortunately, no one showed up for the appointment. After calling multiple numbers, we were eventually connected with the technician John G who was supposedly scheduled. He stated that his manager had never informed him of the appointment and made comments suggesting that appointments are sometimes booked simply to secure business.

During the conversation, instead of reviewing our situation or exploring possible solutions, we were immediately given multiple reasons why our needs would be “difficult” before even looking at the relevant information. The tone of the conversation became dismissive and unhelpful, which was particularly frustrating given that we were seeking guidance for accessible transportation for our medically complex child.

Families navigating mobility equipment are already dealing with complex medical systems, insurance, and logistics. Clear communication and a solution-focused approach are critical. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

I also noticed a change in the tone of the conversation once my husband had to leave, which made the interaction feel particularly discouraging. My friend (who also has a disabled son) was sitting close by and even noted “he would’ve never spoken to your husband that way!”

wish I could do negative stars

I tried to use this dealership quite a few times. the first time a few months ago when I called the sale line i asked if appraisal could be done over phone and was told yes. I was then told they would come pick it up and again after was told no. I decided to go back since I could go into store because my husband was off and was told we can do credit ahead of time. I emailed the john For 2 days before calling back and being rude asking if I had 50000 laying around which means they were not even looking at trade and financing Into account. My trade at min is 40000 and max at 48500. since I only owe 25000 the Car would have only been 62000- 58500. why would I need 50000 if the car alone is not that much which means I would have about he think conferences me with the manager they put me on mute when I said I emailed 2 times looking for a update and then we I mentioned less expensive cars john started screaming in the background. I will not be giving another chance. I called the Laura Md location and they said she needed to speak with them and inform them as that’s the right thing to do. I wonder what kind of story they gonna have I’m sure it’s going to paint them in a good light.

As part of our standard process, all vehicle appraisals are subject to final physical inspection (as any vehicle would be) to confirm features, vin number, miles and overall condition. Additionally, finance terms and requirements are determined by external factors that are outside of the retailer’s control. So glad we chose Mobilityworks in Bear Delaware. The greeting from when we walked in, to our purchase, service was top tier. Everyone we encountered shook our hand and introduced themself. They explained everything about the product we were purchasing in detail. The professionalism and customer service goes beyond measure. We were not rushed although we walked in almost 20 minutes before closing. We left very satisfied customers.
