Mobility Works installed the hand controls in my car in May 2024 after I learned to drive with my hands from Heather at UVM. The crew did a great job right from the start! My hand controls stopped functioning properly after about 15 months in my car. Mike and Josh got it in the shop and found the problem quickly! The tech crew are great and were able to fix my car within a few days after getting the part ordered. Mike made sure the car was working as needed and stayed in touch afterwards to make sure of continued success. The folks at Mobility Works are great to work with and I would highly recommend them for any mobility car issues!

These guys are amazing. Expert installation of a Braun Turney Evo in place of the front passenger seat of our Honda Pilot which has been life changing for us. My wife has MS and it makes getting in and out the car a breeze. She has even used it as a seat in the out position to watch the eclipse and fireworks. Twice we’ve needed service for issues and were able to get help quickly and efficiently. Even called me on a Sunday to get me set up for service first thing Monday morning. We highly recommend them!

I had an easy lock installed today including a bracket for my chair itself. Josh The general manager, Richard The service manager and Mike the service technician we’re all top-notch and even worked together seamlessly in front of me to troubleshoot some issues with the device. When I left everything worked perfectly and the fitment was excellent!
Previously I would go to the Londonderry New Hampshire Location for Sales and service needs. Very happy to report this is no longer necessary. The Essex location has earned back My business and importantly my trust!

MobilityWorks recommends that a pre-scheduled, mobility maintenance inspection be completed once every six months by our NMEDA Certified Technicians. Most appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please call us toll free at (877) 275-4912 to schedule your next servce appointment.

Our ProtectionWorks emergency roadside assistance includes wheelchair passenger transportation, lift and ramp emergency repair, wheelchair and scooter assistance, towing, battery service, flat tire assistance, lost key or lock out assistance, out of fuel assistance, $150 tire hazard benefit, $250 auto deductible reimbursement.
