I go my daughter a PAID OFF Toyota sienna 2025 full paid off which means it’s brand new and owned by my us. When we took it full stocked for them to do a ramp modification they didn’t tell me they’ll be removing ALOT of items that were in the car and throwing it out. They left the van without the middle center console. And left us with nothing to work with. When I addressed it to the lady (Nancy) she laughed and told me “you can’t have a luxury car when you want a wheelchair access vehicle. But does she know that it cost us ALOT of money to get the car full stocked. I understand the seats in the back were going to be removed that’s why we removed them ourselves and sold them to get some of my money back (not even a lot back compared to how much the car was 60k) but the center console threw me off there is so much more they could’ve done to avoid taking it out. And not letting me know they’ll be touching that too is petty on their part because I could’ve taken it out myself and sale the part too. She claims that the company “throws” out all parts that they remove from the van. And when I let them know I’ll be removing the seats myself they got upset. Why get upset? I’m doing a step for them. Also putting their logo on MY van that they do not own and it isn’t their property without my permission should be against the law. I came to pick it up and I asked her why they put the logo on without my permission she was rude about it and told me I can have it removed but it might mess up the paint. EXACTLY! So why do it to my vehicle without permission?

Can't say enough good things about MobilityWorks Van Nuys. I usually get my hand controls serviced at a different location, but stopped by Van Nuys on my lunch break as it's closer to work. The service department was extremely professional and the work was completed so quickly that they were even able to offer me a discount on labor. I will definitely be back!

I went here a few years ago for repairs and they were great. I’m not sure what’s happened since then but I came in for a simple estimate on some damages and they’ve been awful. I brought in my vehicle for the estimate. After multiple days of not hearing anything I called. After getting sent two voicemail twice I was told Carlos was out of the office. I asked if anyone else could help and was giving sass over the phone and finally told that I could come get my car. After getting it I’ve emailed and called trying to get the estimate senr and got no response. I emailed Carlos on March 30th and got an automated email saying he’d be out of the office starting April 17th, even though it was March 30th. After two days with no reply I called and was told that he’s out of the office until Monday. The worker made no effort to see if they could help me get what I needed. This is just ridiculous. Do not go here. The customer service is god awful.
