MobilityWorks Referral Program Terms

The following terms apply to your participation in the MobilityWorks Refer a Friend Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree to the following terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner.

The Program offers MobilityWorks clients the opportunity to earn a Referral Reward by making a Qualified Referral of a friend to MobilityWorks. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time and for any reason. Participation in the Program may require users to submit personal information about themselves and their friends, such as name and email address. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive communications via email or phone.

Who can participate?

You must be a resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and an existing MobilityWorks client or have prior written approval from MobilityWorks in order to be a “Referrer”. MobilityWorks Employees and their immediate family members may not be a Referrer or participate in the Program and you may not participate in the Program if prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

How Does the Program Work?

Subject to the sole discretion of MobilityWorks, a Referrer may earn a Referral Reward for each Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is an individual over the age of 18 years who satisfies all of the following requirements:
• is referred to MobilityWorks by an authorized MobilityWorks client through the MobilityWorks Referral Invite Form https://www.mobilityworks.com/referral/invite/
• has not previously purchased a vehicle from MobilityWorks and has not received a proposal with respect to the purchase of a Vehicle from MobilityWorks in the previous six months
• has not “opted out” from receiving notifications from MobilityWorks
• purchases and takes delivery of an accessible vehicle from MobilityWorks within 365 days of the referral
• prior to purchase, the individual presents the unique referral code she or he received when the Referrer referred the person to MobilityWorks using the MobilityWorks Referral Invite Form (a “Referral Code”). A Qualified Referral may only use one referral code; if a Qualified Referral receives multiple Referral Codes because the person was referred by multiple Referrers, only the Referrer associated with the Referral Code used in conjunction with the vehicle purchase will be eligible to receive a Referral Reward.


A Qualified Referral that presents a Referral Code prior to purchasing an accessible vehicle is eligible to receive a one-time discount of $500.00 off the purchase price of the vehicle.


What methods can you use to send referrals to MobilityWorks?

MobilityWorks Referral Invite Form https://www.mobilityworks.com/referral/invite/Earning and Fulfillment of Referral Rewards

Referral Reward fulfillment is subject to the following conditions:

• the Qualified Referral’s vehicle purchase is not voided or otherwise rescinded prior to payment of the Referral Reward
• the Referred has not received more than three Referral Rewards during the twelve months prior to payment of the Referral Reward
• the payment of a Referral Reward is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to the Referrer
• MobilityWorks has not terminated the Program
Subject to satisfaction of the above conditions, MobilityWorks will pay a Referrer a Referral Reward of $250 for each Qualified Referral generated, not to exceed $1,000 during any 12-month period. MobilityWorks will notify the Referrer of a Qualified Referral and will pay the Referral Reward to the Referrer by check mailed to Referrer’s address.

No fraudulent activity, or illegal participation

MobilityWorks reserves the right to void referrals and Referral Rewards if we suspect that they were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by MobilityWorks. Likewise, you agree that you will not participate in this Program in a threatening, abusive, illegal, or unsportsmanlike manner.

We will send you emails about the Program

You agree that MobilityWorks may send you emails about this Program, including an email each time one of your friends joins the Program through your referral link, and when a Qualified Referral transaction is confirmed by MobilityWorks.

You release us from liability

By participating in the Program, you agree that MobilityWorks will have no liability and that you will indemnify and hold MobilityWorks harmless for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Program. You will not settle any claim without the prior written consent of MobilityWorks. Further, you agree that MobilityWorks is not responsible for faulty referral links, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in these terms- or in any Program-related materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, or human error, or otherwise.


Program changes

We reserve the right to change or cancel the Program at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms, the nature or existence of Referral Rewards, and the methods through which Referral Rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any person, including any Referrer or Qualified Referral, at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with these guidelines. All information collected from a user in the Program will be subject to the MobilityWorks Privacy Policy.
