Mobility Rental Loyalty Program

Through our mobilityrental Loyalty Program, you can earn rental rewards while you help us in our mission to provide wheelchair users with the mobility, independence, and personal freedom they desire. To start earning rewards just follow these steps below:

  1. Any time you rent an accessible vehicle from a MobilityWorks location you receive a mobilityrental Loyalty Program card
  2. Once you collect 10 mobilityrental Loyalty Program cards you can claim your choice of the following reward below:
    • $100 off your next Qualifying Rental, or
    • 1 free day on your next Qualifying Rental of 5 or more days, or
    • Unlimited mileage on your next Qualifying Rental of 7 or less days

LOYALTY CARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy which can be accessed at Privacy Policy - MobilityWorks) set out the terms of contract between WMK, LLC dba MobilityWorks (together with its subsidiaries, “us” or “we”) and you, the customer, relating to the MobilityRental Loyalty Program (the “Program”). You can participate in the Program by requesting a Program card (a “Loyalty Card”) when you rent an accessible van from us for personal, non-commercial use in your own name at published rates. By requesting or accepting a Loyalty Card from us, you accept these terms and conditions. We may refuse to issue a Loyalty Card for any reason at our sole discretion.
  2. Each Loyalty Card is owned by us at all times and has no cash value. By accepting a Loyalty Card, you agree to destroy or return any Loyalty Card in your possession to us upon request. You are responsible for the security of each Loyalty Card you receive and for the timely redemption of rewards. We are not obligated to replace lost or stolen Loyalty Cards.
  3. Each Loyalty Card is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else or combined with any Loyalty Card issued in any name other than yours. Loyalty Cards may only be earned and redeemed in accordance with these terms and may not be combined with any other offer.
  4. If you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe you have abused the Program, we may refuse to honor any Loyalty Card issued to you or in your possession at our sole discretion.
  5. We reserve the right to (a) stop issuing Loyalty Cards at any time and for any reason (or not reason); and (b) alter or amend the terms and conditions of the Program without notice.
  6. The Program is subject to applicable laws and regulations; this means the Program may not be available at all of our locations as Loyalty Cards may not be issued or redeemed where prohibited by law. You remain responsible for any Taxes and governmental or third-party fees calculated based on the price of your rental prior to any discount applied under the Program.
  7. The Program is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to the conflict of laws. By accepting a Loyalty Card, you agree that any dispute regarding the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.

​​HOW TO COLLECT LOYALTY CARDS AND REDEEM REWARDS

  1. To receive a Loyalty Card, you must request a Loyalty Card when you execute the rental agreement for a Qualifying Rental. A “Qualifying Rental” is a rental of an accessible vehicle in your name for non-commercial use for a term of seven consecutive days or less at the full published rate. A rental does not qualify as a Qualifying Rental if it is: (a) subject to any discount, (b) made by or for the benefit of a business entity, or (c) the rented vehicle is used for any commercial purpose whatsoever. To be valid, the Loyalty Card must reflect the name of the renter as it appears on a valid contract for a Qualifying Rental, be dated as of the first date of the associated rental period, bear the original signature of our employee, and be issued within 365 days of the date it is presented for redemption pursuant to these terms.
  2. Loyalty Cards may be used to qualify for Program rewards specified by us from time to time. Current Program rewards include your choice of any of the following upon surrender of ten (10) valid Loyalty Cards issued to you: (a) $100 off your next Qualifying Rental, (b) 1 free day on your next Qualifying Rental of 5 or more days, or (c) Unlimited mileage on your next Qualifying Rental of 7 or less days. Program rewards may not be applied to current or prior rentals or rentals other than Qualifying Rentals. We reserve the right to change the Program rewards and the number of Loyalty Cards required to claim a Program reward at any time and without notice.
  3. To redeem Program rewards, you must tell us the Program reward you wish to receive and physically surrender 10 original, valid Loyalty Cards issued to you prior to executing the rental contract for the Qualifying Rental to which the Program reward will apply. The Qualifying Rental subject to the Program reward must begin prior to the expiration of any of the surrendered Loyalty Cards and you must otherwise satisfy all requirements related to the vehicle rental.
