Accubuilt Mobility is one of the leading manufacturers of passenger shuttle and wheelchair non-emergency transportation commercial vans. Accubuilt became part of MobilityWorks in January 2010.

B&D Independence, Inc. - Transfer Seat Bases

Among other advantages, transfer seat bases provide handicapped drivers with the ability to easily transfer from their chair in the center section of a van to the driver position. The base is electronically controlled using actuators and gears that easily slide the seat forward and backward, and there are swivel and up/down controls.
 
BraunAbility / The Braun Corporation - Conversion Vans and Wheelchair Lifts
The Braun Corporation is one the largest handicap van conversion companies in the world, with MobilityWorks dealerships being its largest consumer reseller. They also provide MobilityWorks with adaptive driving equipment in the form of numerous wheelchair lifts for use in our own Ultra full-sized wheelchair vans and for commercial applications such as paratransit vans and nursing home shuttle buses. Crescent Industries - Adaptive Electronic Controls

Crescent Industries is dedicated to providing advanced electronic controls for physically challenged individuals. Crescent's range of solutions runs from remote control units for operating lifts to a sophisticated VoiceScan system that can initiate several different functions with voice activated commands. Crescent's car adaptations such as touch pads, relay packs and switch boxes allow for easier operation of common vehicle components such as the turn signal, horn, door opener, fan, interior lights and wipers.

Debut has a long-standing reputation for quality services that lets you enjoy your full-size conversion van with many custom amenities, adding attractiveness and value to the vehicle. Debut carries a full line of interior and exterior vehicle accessories and professional installation for conversion upgrades such as: power sunroofs, overhead consoles, custom stereo systems, remote controlled CD/DVD players, body side moldings, captains chairs, exterior vinyl graphics, fiberglass running boards and much more. Drive-Master - Steering and Braking Solutions
Installed and serviced by MobilityWorks, Drive-Master provides steering wheel devices for one-hand control of the wheel. These mobility car adaptations offer reduced effort braking systems, gas or brake pedal extensions and many other adaptive vehicle solutions for drivers with restricted capabilities or prosthetics. Drive-Master's Reduced Effort Steering modifications are available for all American vans with factory power steering.

El Dorado National, a Thor Company
El Dorado National, a U.S. owned and operated company with over 450,000 square feet of bus manufacturing space, is a subsidiary of Thor Industries, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Thor is the largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles and a leading builder of commercial buses. El Dorado also produces a series of consumer wheelchair accessible minivans, including their Amerivan model which can be purchased through MobilityWorks.

Electronic Mobility Controls, LLC

EMC is the worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of adaptive driving controls for persons with disabilities. They offer a complete line of primary and secondary electronic driving controls, distributed through certified dealers such as MobilityWorks that are trained in the installation and operation of all EMC equipment. As an ISO 9001 certified company, each EMC handicap driving equipment product undergoes rigorous evaluation and testing to ensure product safety, reliability and compliance with automotive safety standards.

EZ Lock - Wheelchair Docking Systems
Since 1986, EZ Lock's Wheelchair Docking System has been the standard of protection and self-reliance for thousands. Its versatile and secure Docking System is as dependable as manual tie-down systems, yet much more convenient. The heart of the EZ LOCK System is the BL-6290 Base lock that is mounted to the vehicle floor. It acts as receiver for the docking pin attached to the wheelchair, allowing for automatic locking. The 2008 Ford E-Series Cargo Van
The MobilityWorks commercial production facility was one of the first adaptive vehicle manufacturers to qualify for Ford’s FTQP (Ford Truck Quality Program) certification. Ford recently revised their upfitter certification program to Qualified Vehicle Modifier (Ford QVM). MobilityWorks is one of only 12 vehicle modifiers that are QVM-approved, and one of only eight vehicle modifiers that are part of Ford's bailment pools. Our Ultra Lowered Floor Full-Sized Conversion Vans are all built on the Ford E-Series cargo van chassis.

Freedom Sciences - Scooter Lifts, Power Chair Lifts & Seating Products

The Freedom Science Tracker™ is a unique and innovative product that provides a hybrid design with the benefits of both outside and inside lifts. The Tracker™ offers an exclusive high threshold kit that allows it to be installed in vehicles with raised cargo opening thresholds -- without altering the vehicle (i.e. Dodge Grand Caravan). The Freedom Seat™ is a fully articulating seat that moves forwards and backwards, rotates left and right, and moves outside the vehicle to allow a person to easily enter and exit their vehicle. The Freedom Seat can be installed in a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, minivans, full-size vans, SUVs, pick-up trucks and crossovers.

LoJack - Car Security Systems
LoJack is the premier provider of wireless tracking systems for stolen vehicle recovery with a 90 percent recovery success rate. Globally, more than 200,000 stolen vehicles worth over $4 billion have been recovered using LoJack technology. LoJack is currently operable in 26 states and the District of Columbia and is available for installation at several MobilityWorks dealership locations.

Menox - Driving Devices

The Menox product family, currently installed at both our California Dealership locations, gives physically limited drivers the benefit of control and ease when driving a vehicle. Menox car adaptations for the disabled include hand controls that are designed to correspond to the natural hand-arm movement of the driver: pull the control back to accelerate, push it forward to brake. Menox also produces a Driver Test Station used for training and driver evaluations. Menox was recently acquired by AutoAdapt, Europe’s largest producer of disabled car adaptations.

Q'Straint is an internationally recognized company known for its commitment to manufacturing the highest quality wheelchair and occupant securement systems. Their tie-downs and occupant restraint systems for use in motor vehicles have a proven track record of providing safe transport for wheelchair occupants.

Sure Grip - Spinner Knobs and Driving Accessories

Sure Grip hand control users use a push/rock style of driving with products specifically designed to give drivers the benefit of controlling a vehicle with both hands on the wheel for a safer, smoother driving experience. Sure Grip's Spin Master adds a quick-release remove function and refit at the touch of a button. With Spin Master’s innovative clam shell design, one size fits all steering wheels.

Sure-Lok - Occupant Safety Systems

Sure-Lok's wide range of tie-down options allow MobilityWorks consultants to select the right combination of restraint products best suited to your particular needs. Sure-Lok's popular Retraktor Series is a convenient and proven wheelchair securement system designed for ease of operation. Retractable belt systems provide efficiency, time savings and convenience.

Vantage Mobility International (VMI)
VMI makes wheelchair accessible vans and wheelchair lift products that give you extra freedom. Every VMI wheelchair accessible minivan withstands an extensive 11-step process, followed by a 200-point inspection and road test. The finished product is covered by VMI's comprehensive warranty and maintains the original 3 year/36,000 mile factory warranty. VMI's one-touch remote allows effortless ramp deployment at your fingertips while their PowerKneel™ provides a lower ramp angle, making access easier. View Point Mobility, LLC
Viewpoint Mobility is the manufacturer of the Vision™ rear-entry, lowered floor modification that is seamlessly engineered to make DaimlerChrysler, Ford, and General Motors minivans as barrier-free as possible. The automatic rear entry Vision™ allows total independence. With a press of the button, the rear hatch opens, the ramp unfolds, and the van lowers to the ground. The automatic rear hatch can be triggered using a keychain remote, hand-held remote or dash-mounted switch.

Wells-Engberg - Driving Controls

Wells-Engberg hand operated mechanical driving controls provide safe, easy and convenient vehicle operation, and are competitively priced with other manufacturers. They manufacture four different types of mechanical controls to suit various needs for auto adaptive driving equipment. Wells-Enberg controls come with a universal mounting and common set of connectors that allow for easier installation in vans equipped with automatic transmissions and power brakes. |
