Adapt-Solutions features the POWER PULL, which makes it much easier to get a wheelchair up & down a ramp without assistance. With the use of a wireless remote, the POWER PULL hooks a cable on to the chair from outside the vehicle and pulls the person in their wheelchair up the ramp until it is safely inside.

B&D Independence, Inc. - Transfer Seat Bases

Among other advantages, transfer seat bases provide handicapped drivers with the ability to easily transfer from their chair in the center section of a van to the driver position. The base is electronically controlled using actuators and gears that easily slide the seat forward and backward, and there are swivel and up/down controls.
