Tim and his crew in the service department know their stuff. They wisely and patiently helped me through a number of hurdles with an older mobility... van, issues which no other shop seemed remotely interested in solving. They also didn't balk at addressing an additional problem the vehicle developed en route to my scheduled appointment. Tim even went above and beyond in sourcing a used part (specific to my Braun conversion), saving me a significant chunk of change.Do not be put off by their shop rate. If you have a vehicle with a mobility package, do yourself a favor and come straight to these guys.read more

Service Manager Tim McAddoo, who works at MobilityWorks Robinson Township, Pittsburgh is the best.I took my JoeyLift in to be repaired and... serviced because the welded bracket that attached the drive chain to the transfer platform snapped off. Ordering a new platform would have required quite a bit of lead, assuming they even had the part in stock, so Tim devised a way to fashion a replacement bracket of hardened steel that could be bolted on (with hardened steel bolts) that very afternoon. Saving me a ton of down time, and I imagine, quite a bit of money.The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, and I was back up and running that same day. It has been two months since the repair and everything continues to work just fine.read more

We had an excellent experience at Mobility Works. It was our first time getting our Mobility van serviced. A great place to wait while your vehicle... is being serviced. My husband who is in a wheelchair had a comfortable chair to sit in and bathroom was easy to get around in wheelchair.Also they took the time to show me how to use the straps in the back of the van to give my husband a safer ride. For not buying my van there they went above and beyond helping us out.read more
