Mobility Works is looking for a friendly, customer service/ service advisor superstar.   •  2-3 Years Sales Experience Required (Service advisor Experience Preferred).
  •  Ability to work independently.
  •  Strong written and verbal skills and strong computer skills.
  •  Ability to communicate professional and effectively.
  •  Currently hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Setting, confirming and preparing for appointments with clients to expedite their service experience.
  • Greeting clients in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Determining vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk around.
  • Using a consultant selling process to assist customers in planning for on-going recommended maintenance.
  • Producing repair orders for clients with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
  • Communicating frequently with Technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Creating a great delivery experience for the client.
  • Follow up with clients on the status of their vehicle
  • Creating and achieving targeted sales goals.
  • Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help clients with maintenance recommendations.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience to drive loyalty.
  • Process warranty claims
