The Regional Financial Services Assistant will support the Regional F&I Coordinator in support of his/her assigned stores. In addition, this position will provide clerical support to the National Commercial F&I Manager with contracting and logging finance deals.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with Finance preferred.
  • Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Fielding Finance Phone Calls.
  • Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Maintain Outlook Calendar.
  • Consumer Finance Division
  • Preparing documentation for Finance review.
  • Printing and preparing Finance Contracts and packages.
  • Printing and preparing Extended Service Contracts.
  • Secure Funding of Contracts.
  • Maintain Finance Workbook.
  • Maintain Contracts and Supplies.
  • Commercial Finance Division
  • Monitor and order digital documentation as needed.
  • Prepare finance contracts and associated documentation.
  • Prepare finance contracts for funding.
  • Distribute finance contracts and documentation to the appropriate location securely.
  • Review and verify pending funding delays and report them to the National Commercial F&I Manager.
  • Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all Commercial Financial files.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.
