The Help Desk Technician will assist the operations team with the helpdesk and computer hardware, as well as tier one support of enterprise software.

Requirements
  • Associate Degree or prior Help Desk experience strongly recommended.
  • Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  •  Warm and friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Microsoft Exchange.
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal, motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
  • Log and track all incoming telephone and e-mail requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer related technologies.
  • Maintain database of problems and resolutions in ticketing system.
  • Attempt to isolate and resolve problem with first call from the users.
  • Use communication tools to keep team members informed on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate as a team to resolve and/or refer more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process.
  • Responsible for working on, assigning, and escalating helpdesk tickets.
  • Provide tier 1 helpdesk support for all MobilityWorks hardware and software requests.
  • Attend department, project, and team meetings.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
  • Weekend and off-hour work hours may be required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations.
  • Comply with Mobilityworks core values at all times (LOVE IT).
  • Complete other duties as assigned
  • Travel to office locations to perform scheduled tasks or break fixes.
