General Manager - Akron, OH and Skokie, IL

We are currently looking to hire a proven leader to run our store operations in Akron, OH and Skokie, IL. The General Manager is responsible for the entire operation including: Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance. The right person will have demonstrated past success in motivating and managing the performance of others and increasing company revenues.

GM Responsibilities:

  • Increasing revenues at our location by proactively identifying and capturing new selling opportunities on a consistent basis.
  • Putting processes and systems in place to ensure that the location is profitable and runs as efficiently as possible.
  • Measuring performance and holding people accountable to their monthly and yearly objectives.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements:

Service Technician - Jacksonville, FL, Madison Heights, MI, Plainfield, IL , Milwaukee, WI, and Farmingdale, NJ

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician for Jacksonville, FL, Madison Heights, MI, Plainfield, IL , Milwaukee, WI, and Farmingdale, NJ. The preferred candidates will be non-smokers having automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Familiar with wheelchair accessible van conversions such as BraunAbility and VMI – and with wheelchair / scooter lifts, including: Bruno; Freedom Science; Ricon; Braun, etc. a plus. Experience with servicing Ford and Chrysler vehicles a plus. You must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. We offer a 40 hour week, with no mandatory Saturday hours. Compensation will be based on level of experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or auto industry.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Mechanical, electrical aptitude and hands-on capability.
  • Automotive repair certification a plus (ASE, MSE)
  • 2-3 years experience preferred.

Service Manager - Sacramento, CA

Are you a proven Service Manager that can run the Service Department at one of our facilities? If so, you can join a dynamic management team made up of results-oriented, motivated, and hardworking individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager for our locations in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing revenues by making sure that the Service Dept is run in an efficient and productive manner
  • Quickly servicing and resolving problems for customers on a daily basis. This includes communicating with customers in a timely manner and providing good follow-up and follow through consistently
  • Hiring/firing, managing, and motivating technicians
  • Scheduling service, purchasing parts, and dealing directly with the manufacturers
  • Daily maintenance and upkeep of the service area and equipment used by the technicians

Requirements:

  • Must have Tech experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or a related industry, strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Customer service mentality
  • Thick-skin. Not overly sensitive to criticism
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be willing to jump in, get hands dirty and get service needs met
