We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician at our Villa Park, IL location. The preferred candidate will be a non-smoker, familiar with conversion manufacturers such as Braun, VMI, IMS, and/or possess automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Client Care Representative — Akron, Ohio
Due to company growth we've created a Business Development Center (BDC) to help us better serve potential and existing customers. Currently we need to hire a Client Care Rep for the BDC. The Client Care Rep will playa significant role in helping the company increase revenues by answering inbound calls from across the US, identifying potential sales opportunities, and successfully scheduling in-person appointments for the Mobility Consultants at our 13 locations. This challenging, but rewarding position requires someone who can handle prospects & customers with professionalism, care, and sensitivity given our clientele's unique needs.
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of telemarketing, customer service or inside sales experience.
- Experience in an automotive call center environment is not required, but helpful.
