General Manager - Farmingdale, NJ

We are currently looking to hire a proven leader to run our store operations in Farmingdale, NJ. The General Manager is responsible for the entire operation including: Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance. The right person will have demonstrated past success in motivating and managing the performance of others and increasing company revenues.

GM Responsibilities:

  • Increasing revenues at our location by proactively identifying and capturing new selling opportunities on a consistent basis.

Service Technician - Madison Heights, MI, Plainfield, IL , Akron, OH, Milwaukee, WI and Huntsville, AL.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician for Madison Heights, MI, Plainfield, IL , Akron, OH & Milwaukee, WI. The preferred candidates will be non-smokers having automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Familiar with wheelchair accessible van conversions such as BraunAbility and VMI – and with wheelchair / scooter lifts, including: Bruno; Freedom Science; Ricon; Braun, etc. a plus. Experience with servicing Ford and Chrysler vehicles a plus. You must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. We offer a 40 hour week, with no mandatory Saturday hours. Compensation will be based on level of experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or auto industry.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Mechanical, electrical aptitude and hands-on capability.
  • Automotive repair certification a plus (ASE, MSE)
  • 2-3 years experience preferred.

Sales Administrator - Birmingham, AL

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator for our Birmingham Alabama store. The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team with customer contracts, orders, reports, and other administrative functions. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits and paid vacations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cheerfully and professionally greet customers when they enter the building
  • Answer phones & direct calls professionally
  • Take customer payments & make deposits timely and take cash payments to the local bank as required
  • General office duties including opening and directing the mail, order office supplies, filing
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and customer deposits weekly, making collection calls if necessary
  • Assist the Service Manager with NMEDA paperwork including entering the customer info into the computer, assign stickers, enter them on the log and ensure the NMEDA QAP sticker report is filed timely
  • Manage the rental department, schedule rentals, train rental customers on the use of the van, prepare rental contracts, invoice rentals, and prepare and file timely the rental reports at end of month
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile timely
  • Prepare for CMC's the title paperwork for vehicle deliveries
  • Process title applications and send title to customer who have purchased vehicles
  • Edit sales transactions for completeness and correctness in the sales and service software before sending to accounting
  • Edit commission sheets for accuracy, give to General Manager for approval/signature, and then forward to payroll for payment
  • Assist the Service Manager in posting time and parts as necessary

Vehicle Purchase Administrator - for Atlanta, GA

The preferred candidate for this position should be able to perform daily tasks and have the understanding of processes with vehicle purchases and documents. They will need to take high ownership, accountability and initiative, be able to multitask, think quick on their feet, and be able to switch from one thing to another quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle purchases into dealer software
  • Handle delivery of vehicles purchased through the buying dept.
  • Continual follow up with vehicle sellers until sale is completed, to include titles, vehicle paperwork and estimated time of vehicle pick up
  • Arrange transportation of vehicles to our stores
  • Ensure purchase documents are accurate
  • Ensure title paperwork is accurate
