We are currently looking to hire a proven leader to run our new store operations in Alexandria, VA and Birmingham AL. The General Manager is responsible for the entire operation including: Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance. Service Manager - Birmingham, AL; Burlingame, CA

Are you a proven Service Manager that can the Service Department at one of our facilities? If so, you can join a dynamic management team made up of results-oriented, motivated, and hardworking individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager for our locations in Birmingham AL and Burlingame CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing revenues by making sure that the Service Dept is run in an efficient and productive manner, as well as, up-selling to customers
  • Quickly servicing and resolving problems for customers on a daily basis. This includes communicating with customers in a timely manner and providing good follow-up and follow through consistently
  • Hiring/firing, managing, and motivating technicians
  • Scheduling service, purchasing parts, and dealing directly with the manufacturers
  • Daily maintenance and upkeep of the service area and equipment used by the technicians

Requirements:

  • Must have Tech experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or a related industry, strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Service Technician - Oakland, CA; Bethlehem, PA; Milwaukee, WI

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician for Oakland, CA; Bethlehem, PA and Milwaukee, WI. The preferred candidates will be non-smokers having automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Familiar with wheelchair accessible van conversions such as BraunAbility and VMI – and with wheelchair / scooter lifts, including: Bruno; Freedom Science; Ricon; Braun, etc. a plus. Experience with servicing Ford and Chrysler vehicles a plus. You must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. We offer a 40 hour week, with no mandatory Saturday hours. Compensation will be based on level of experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or auto industry.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Mechanical, electrical aptitude and hands-on capability.
  • Automotive repair certification a plus (ASE, MSE)
  • 2-3 years experience preferred.

East Coast Regional Financial Services Coordinator F & I

The Financial Services Coordinator will arrange for various financing avenues and present customers with financial products and protections. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability, make credit decisions and effectively close deals. You will also be experienced in state law requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
  • Selling finance & insurance products to customers
  • Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders
  • Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner
  • Meet monthly objectives
  • Adhere to all local and national regulations and work with the general managers to ensure maximum profit
  • Work with service when they turn over customers for warranty information

Requirements:

  • Prior Auto Finance experience
  • Create & maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook & DealerTrack)

This full time position will start with inside sales and you will be completely trained in all aspects of the MobilityWorks platform. You will encompass office support of the sales team. This individual must be goal oriented, driven and responsible for the day to day support of the commercial sales staff.

Essential Training, Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete the inside training program. This will incorporate the following:

  • Generating vehicle quotes, floor plan drawings and any other documentation required to accompany the quote
  • Prospect calling in target-specific geographic areas or market segments
  • Project management
  • Other duties as needed and directed

Requirements:

  • High School degree required
  • 1+ years in sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for the overall ability to organize processes and coordinate the Veteran’s Administration (VA) billing and receipt of cash.

Responsibilities:
