General Manager - Skokie, IL

We are currently looking to hire a proven leader to run our store operations in Skokie, IL. The General Manager is responsible for the entire operation including: Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance. The right person will have demonstrated past success in motivating and managing the performance of others and increasing company revenues.

GM Responsibilities:

  • Increasing revenues at our location by proactively identifying and capturing new selling opportunities on a consistent basis.
  • Putting processes and systems in place to ensure that the location is profitable and runs as efficiently as possible.
  • Measuring performance and holding people accountable to their monthly and yearly objectives.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements:

Service Technician - Madison Heights, MI, and Milwaukee, WI

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician for Madison Heights, MI, and Milwaukee, WI. The preferred candidates will be non-smokers having automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Familiar with wheelchair accessible van conversions such as BraunAbility and VMI – and with wheelchair / scooter lifts, including: Bruno; Freedom Science; Ricon; Braun, etc. a plus. Experience with servicing Ford and Chrysler vehicles a plus. You must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. We offer a 40 hour week, with no mandatory Saturday hours. Compensation will be based on level of experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or auto industry.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Mechanical, electrical aptitude and hands-on capability.
  • Automotive repair certification a plus (ASE, MSE)
  • 2-3 years experience preferred.
