Requirements:

We are dedicated to satisfying the needs of our clients with specialized wheelchair accessible vehicles. Service Managers - Van Showroom Service Centers
Are you a proven Service Manager that can the Service Department at one of our facilities? If so, you can join a dynamic management team made up of results-oriented, motivated, and hardworking individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Increasing revenues by making sure that the Service Dept is run in an efficient and productive manner, as well as, up-selling to customers
- Quickly servicing and resolving problems for customers on a daily basis. This includes communicating with customers in a timely manner and providing good follow-up and follow through consistently
- Hiring/firing, managing, and motivating technicians
- Scheduling service, purchasing parts, and dealing directly with the manufacturers
- Daily maintenance and upkeep of the service area and equipment used by the technicians
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or a related industry, strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Customer service mentality
- Thick-skin. Not overly sensitive to criticism
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Must be willing to jump in, get hands dirty and get service needs met
