Sales Administrator - Orlando, FL

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator for our Orlando, FL store. The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Corporate Accounting Departments for the branch.

  • Cheerfully and professionally greet clients when they enter the building.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct professionally
  • Assist the Sales and Service teams as needed with required documentation.
  • Prepare Vehicle Delivery paperwork including state DMV required documentation for titling and registration purposes.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable responsibilities including daily deposits for sales, service, and rental department, account reconciliation, collection calls as needed, and required paperwork submittals to state and federal accounts for payment.
  • Manage Accounts Payable responsibilities required by the corporate office. Monthly petty cash reconciliation, credit card statements, gas log statements, expense reports, and check requests as needed.
  • Mange client accounts updating current information as needed.
  • Process and distribute all incoming mail to the correct department at store and corporate level.
  • Manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the vehicle maintenance and schedule repairs as needed for the Rental Fleet.
  • Proven office administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry helpful but not required

Commercial Sales Administrator - Londonderry, NH

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator for our Londonderry, NH store. The Commercial Sales assistant is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager with customer contracts, orders, reports, and other administrative functions.

  • Coordinate the delivery date, time and place of vehicle between TransitWorks and customer
  • Coordination of drivers, if necessary
  • Ensure proper paperwork/invoicing is delivered to the customer from TransitWorks.
  • Ensure the dealer buyers order reflects proper numbers, deposits show, rebates show
  • Ensure customer delivers the paperwork to the finance company, dealer and TransitWorks.
  • Coordinate payment of the vehicle.
  • Ongoing updates to customer of delivery time table, as the production schedule changes
  • Follow up calls to ensure customer is satisfied with the purchase
  • Ensure proper financing is secured and meets what was approved at point of sale
  • Coordinate with financing between TransitWorks, store, customer and dealer
  • Ensure any aftermarket deals are paid to the stores and are reflected in bottom line gross profit
  • Complete and coordinate warranty documentation and processes
  • Interact with customers and ensure they are satisfied and their questions or needs are met
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Field inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Make follow up calls and send thank you cards

Commercial Sales Representative - Akron, OH

The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for sales, gross profit levels, customer relations, and developing competitive market intelligence. By his or her actions, the Commercial Sales Representative greatly affects WMK Inc., dba MobilityWork's market penetration, product development, sales volume, and responsiveness to market influences.

  • Contact prospective and current customers to solicit sales of company products and services
  • Receive customer inquiries, and perform follow up procedures to include proving price quotes, new product information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services
  • Generating vehicle quotes, floor plan drawings and any other documentation required to accompany the quote
  • Prospect calling in target-specific geographic areas or market segments
  • Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers, and foster the development of long term business relationships
  • Project management as it relates to the development of sales forecasts for each customer
  • Other duties as needed and directed
  • 2-3 years in commercial vehicle sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) – "Tech savvy"

Service Technician - Multiple Store Locations

We are currently seeking experienced Service Technicians for several of our locations. The preferred candidates will be non-smokers having automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Familiar with wheelchair accessible van conversions such as BraunAbility and VMI – and with wheelchair / scooter lifts, including: Bruno; Freedom Science; Ricon; Braun, etc. a plus. Experience with servicing Ford and Chrysler vehicles a plus. You must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. We offer a 40 hour week, with no mandatory Saturday hours. Compensation will be based on level of experience.

  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or auto industry.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Mechanical, electrical aptitude and hands-on capability.
  • Automotive repair certification a plus (ASE, MSE)
