Service Manager - Sacramento, CA; Miami, FL; Cincinnati, OH

Are you a proven Service Manager that can the Service Department at one of our facilities? If so, you can join a dynamic management team made up of results-oriented, motivated, and hardworking individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager for our locations in Sacramento, CA, Miami, FL and Cincinnati, OH.

  • Increasing revenues by making sure that the Service Dept is run in an efficient and productive manner, as well as, up-selling to customers
  • Quickly servicing and resolving problems for customers on a daily basis. This includes communicating with customers in a timely manner and providing good follow-up and follow through consistently
  • Hiring/firing, managing, and motivating technicians
  • Scheduling service, purchasing parts, and dealing directly with the manufacturers
  • Daily maintenance and upkeep of the service area and equipment used by the technicians
  • Must have Tech experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or a related industry, strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Service Technician - Farmingdale, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; Milwaukee, WI and Jacksonville, FL

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician for Farmingdale, NJ; Bethlehem, PA and Milwaukee, WI and Jacksonville, FL. The preferred candidates will be non-smokers having automotive dealership experience with ASE Certification. Familiar with wheelchair accessible van conversions such as BraunAbility and VMI – and with wheelchair / scooter lifts, including: Bruno; Freedom Science; Ricon; Braun, etc. a plus. Experience with servicing Ford and Chrysler vehicles a plus. You must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. We offer a 40 hour week, with no mandatory Saturday hours. Compensation will be based on level of experience.

  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity in the mobility or auto industry.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Mechanical, electrical aptitude and hands-on capability.
  • Automotive repair certification a plus (ASE, MSE)

Commercial Sales Representative – State of Tennessee and Northern California

The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for sales, gross profit levels, customer relations, and developing competitive market intelligence. By his or her actions, the Commercial Sales Representative greatly affects WMK Inc., dba MobilityWork’s market penetration, product development, sales volume, and responsiveness to market influences.

  • Contact prospective and current customers to solicit sales of company products and services
  • Receive customer inquiries, and perform follow up procedures to include proving price quotes, new product information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services
  • Generating vehicle quotes, floor plan drawings and any other documentation required to accompany the quote
  • Prospect calling in target-specific geographic areas or market segments
  • Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers, and foster the development of long term business relationships
  • Project management as it relates to the development of sales forecasts for each customer
  • Other duties as needed and directed
  • 2-3 years in commercial vehicle sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) – "Tech savvy"
  • CRM experience in Sales Force is highly preferred
  • Must have excellent telemarketing and phone skills to secure appointments

Certified Mobility Consultants (CMC) - Wheelchair Vans & Equipment - Bethlehem, PA

Sales Administrator - Alexandria, VA

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Administrator for our Alexandria, VA store. The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team with customer contracts, orders, reports, and other administrative functions. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits and paid vacations.

  • Manage all related VA receivable activity
  • Cheerfully and professionally greet customers when they enter the building
  • Answer phones & direct calls professionally
  • Take customer payments & make deposits timely and take cash payments to the local bank as required
  • General office duties including opening and directing the mail, order office supplies, filing
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and customer deposits weekly, making collection calls if necessary
  • Assist the Service Manager with NMEDA paperwork including entering the customer info into the computer, assign stickers, enter them on the log and ensure the NMEDA QAP sticker report is filed timely
  • Manage the rental department, schedule rentals, train rental customers on the use of the van, prepare rental contracts, invoice rentals, and prepare and file timely the rental reports at end of month
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile timely
  • Prepare for CMC's the title paperwork for vehicle deliveries
  • Process title applications and send title to customer who have purchased vehicles
  • Edit sales transactions for completeness and correctness in the sales and service software before sending to accounting
  • Edit commission sheets for accuracy, give to General Manager for approval/signature, and then forward to payroll for payment
  • Assist the Service Manager in posting time and parts as necessary
  • 2-3 years administrative experience
