WHEELCHAIR VANS FOR RENT
MobilityWorks maintains a fleet of wheelchair vans for rent at each of its dealerships. Wheelchair van rentals can be made for just a few hours or for weeks at a time. Our rental vehicles typically have lowered floors with ramps. Some dealers may have handicap accessible vans with other mobility equipment, subject to availability. Process for renting a wheelchair van
Call 1-866-711-5071 and make a reservation. Provide proof of insurance. MobilityWorks will verify your insurance information. Provide a credit card deposit. • $100 deposit for less than one week • $200 deposit for one full week • $500 deposit for two weeks. You can pick up the vehicle at the MobilityWorks dealership or the vehicle can be delivered to you for an additional charge. We will even pick you up at the airport if you are visiting.
During summer and holiday weeks, please call two to three weeks in advance to make a reservation. This helps ensure that we have a vehicle available that meets your specific requirements. We have full-sized and minivans in our rental fleet, subject to availability. Rental Details: One hundred miles per day is included in the rental agreement. There is a $0.25/mile fee charged for every mile beyond 100 miles. Special weekend rates do apply. Call for details. Gas must be returned at the same level as on pickup. Vehicle drop off and pickup service is available for an additional delivery fee. Most vehicles have ramps with lowered floor. Some vehicles may have a transfer seat, subject to availability. Some vehicles may have hand controls but require a training certificate proving your knowledge of operating a vehicle with hand controls. No minimum days required. Cancellation Policy: Providing a one week notice is a full refund, a 3-day notice-½ refunded, less than 3 days - you forfeit the deposit.
