HOTEL SHUTTLE AND CENTER AISLE VAN UPFIT OPTIONS
Many applications exist for transporting people. MobilityWorks customizes hotel shuttle and center aisle vans so that your passengers can ride comfortably. Our shuttle bus sales team can help you select the correct features for your hotel shuttle. We customize all vehicles to your needs, but we also sometimes have used commercial vans and diesel paratransit buses available. Below are some of the available options for your fleet of shuttle vehicles.

Seating

Typical hotel shuttle seating configurations feature mid-high seatbacks, armrests and AV grabs. Seats can be ordered in vinyl, cloth or leather. We offer a variety of floorplans and configurations for our commercial vans.

Exterior Steps & Running Boards

In addition to providing safe, secure entry for your driver and passengers, exterior steps and running boards enhance the appearance of your hotel shuttle and commercial van. Available options include:
  • Short steps for driver, front passenger or rear door positions
  • Full length passenger side step
  • Cut in step at the cargo door entrance
  • Bus-style walk-in entry step
  • Extruded or diamond running boards
  • Fiberglass running boards, painted to match the van

Stanchion Poles & Grab Bars
Stanchion poles or grab handles can be mounted at any point of walk-in entry, ensuring a safe, secure entrance for your passengers.

Climate Control
Rear heat & air conditioning maintains a consistent, comfortable temperature in the seating area of your shuttle van.

Window Tint
Window tint provide privacy for your passengers, and helps with climate control.

Safety Equipment
Our basic safety kit includes a floor-mounted 5 lb. fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Reflective triangles and emergency road flares are also available, as well as backup alarms, backup warning sensors, etc. (Some state DOT regulations have specific safety requirements; your MobilityWorks sales shuttle bus sales representative can help.)

Door Grabbers
Friction fit door grabbers can be mounted at the side or rear entry, to hold doors open while passengers are entering, or while luggage is being loaded.

Entertainment Systems
State-of-the-art stereo systems, CD/DVD players and drop-down TV screens are available in a variety of price ranges.

Window Blinds
Window blinds can be installed in the passenger area, ensuring privacy for your passengers.

Luggage Compartments
A separate rear luggage compartment prevents packages or suitcases from drifting into the passenger seating area.
