Commercial Division

MobilityWorks Commercial Division is based in Akron, Ohio, with over 60,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. It is here in Akron, with hard work and superior craftsmanship that we turn blank chassis into wheelchair vans, paratransit vans, transporters, medical equipment vans and other custom commercial vehicles. We encourage our commercial customers to come visit us and tour the manufacturing facility, to see for themselves the quality that goes into each and every vehicle.

Financing

Your MobilityWorks sales representative can offer a variety of financing options. Ford Motor Credit offers 36, 48 and 60-month terms; and our referral network includes many leasing companies and local banks to help get you approved.

Government Price Concessions (GPC) and Mobility Motoring incentives through Ford can reduce the cost of your van significantly. Your MobilityWorks sales representative can tell you what discounts are available for your new van or bus.

Certifications

• Ford Quality Vehicle Modifier (QVM)  -  MobilityWorks’ Commercial production facility was one of the first adaptive vehicle manufacturers to qualify for Ford’s certification program and bi-annual audit process. MobilityWorks is one of only 12 vehicle modifiers that are Ford QVM-approved -- and one of eight vehicle modifiers that are part of Ford's bailment pools.

• FMVSS 220 Static Load Test – All MobilityWorks vehicles meet or exceed the requirements set forth for vehicles of gross weight less than 10,000 lbs.
